    They are literally telling you there is enough in the kitty for another 3 quarters, and that the last drawdown isn't included in that figure.

    The 2.5 mil will be free to draw-down on in August.

    This 'Thing' may well hit 0.035, but I'd wait until the EOY statement before turning the lights off.
