absolute BS imo. back when nothing at all was had by this company other than hopes and dreams it reached 0.28 and then 0.18 again with absolutely nothing going for it, no income to be made - but the promise of a possibility... and now FDA approval pending, almost guaranteed and we're at 0.10
it is 100% being capped.
