Well here’s the team running the show at southern cross brittanica..
https://southerncrossbritannia.com/team
Not much info to find about the company, but being private it’s pretty hard to get good solid intel..
What I have found is they acquired 370k USD seed funding in 2020 for South American exploration, they have three exploration projects on the go copper/gold/silver/titanium/zinc but nothing on their website mentions hombre meurto south or any other lithium exploration for that matter..
Seems SCB are wanting more foot holding in Argentina..
So from the announcement my understanding is this is a quasi joint venture with SCB (there’s no mention of a joint venture as such in the announcement ), SCB provide a geophysics survey on HMS with potentials for lithium and we handover our Argentina interests and 1.5m bananas to explore the hombre meurto south licence area based on those findings..
Either way with the track record here, I’m not getting my hopes up..
