It seems to me the SP being held down at 18 cents for a lengthy period is possibly due to the fact the remaining portion of the $200mil Capital Raise ($31mil @ 18cents) still needs a yes or no vote in a mid July General Meeting in order for the SP to really start moving up....so not much might happen until then....just a thought....GLTAH
