Jon should soon be going to the board with details of ROW offers and a recommendation. Hopefully that's what he's finalising on his overseas trip.
The board might rubber stamp it, or it could yet be an elongated process - still involving lots of back and forth.
But once Jon briefs the board and Trevor is in possession of that market-sensitive information, there is no way Trevor could buy or sell stock.
So he's made his sale now - because he's expecting Jon's recommendation soon.
That's what I reckon, anyway.
