What sort of question is this? He's clearly just saying it is a large capital expense if they chose an option he has highlighted as possible. The exact size and cost will be fleshed out later once all the variables for the build out are firmed up.
I really don't get all the focus on power, it'll cost what it costs and that will be factored into the DFS, maybe it'll be solar + battery, or solar + generators, or some other combo. I'm sure the solution will be whatever represents the best outcome when considering upfront vs ongoing costs.
