If Olympic Dam is delayed or the OD expansion does not go through, what is stopping BHP buying EXT and doing a JV with Rio like they are trying to do in the iron ore divisions?
The Western world would like this as it would keep a large uranium supply out of the 'non-Western' world's hands.
