It wouldn't take much to stop what they are doing and get a few cheap shares out of it.
Problem is CE can't excite the market, he's under performed for too long.now none believes he can get what needs to be done done.
I'm tempted to get one last parcel but I'm frankly overweight on hch as it is and find myself doubting the fact they are about to announce a royalty deal given current sp action, hence my stance as hold rather then buy. If CE pulls a cap raise it's pretty much game over.
