I don't feel so. I think the whole lot is due to the upgraded earnings notes, on the 10th June.
If I look at the broker reports on the site they say something like EBITA of 80 M and they included the Asset Care buy (at 5.2 X EBITDA).
They all seem to think SP is worth $1.0 to 1.10 on 6 x EBITA which I think gets upped a bit for that announcement with official broker notes to follow.
I feel the same way about Parenti (PRN) which is in a somewhat similar field. I could be wrong but am encouraged.
