Dear Zuluman,
There's less than 600M shares on issue. Since April the daily volume has gone up about 5 fold which suggests the buyers are getting set for the 'imminent' news regarding Cambodia extensional drilling and WA drilling results.
I'm not sure how many members here trade EMR, but I would guess the shares are tightly held, which means if you want to buy them that you have to pay a premium for them. Over 25M shares traded yesterday and today.
