It honestly doesn't matter.
The SP could go down to 50c and I wouldn't care.
Ken/Blair are going to get their number and it's going to be a lot bigger than today's close.
PMT owns 100% of one of the largest Lithium discoveries in North America, if not the world.
Right where the customers are and cheap green power.

I hope we don't get a B.O for another 18 months but, if they get an offer they have to deal with it.

I own my shares and I'm not selling.
If you sell and it goes down 10% one feels clever.
However, once the first offer comes in the stock gets to the real valuation like LTR has.
LTR will likely get better offers.

The M&A hire could also mean they are "trying" to do something clever?
Maybe issue 3-4% to get a bigger cash pile but, the other party must buy 4% on market (or have they?)
Or there's a convertible note? Or 50 other things.
It will likely be out of the blue and good for Patriot shareholders.

Or they tell them to pi$$ off?
Maybe they have and the last 24 hrs has been the reaction?
I'm sure Ken has the Internet...he knows what's going on.

RIO investing $65M in Midland Exploration right next to PMT wasn't a... "Gee, PMT is there. We didn't notice that."

Someone is going on. It's started IMO.
Ken has brought in a gun to deal with it.
Ken's job is the overseer and looking out for SHs and staff.
Let Blair and his team do their jobs.

I do think the next 30 days will be one of PMT's most interesting months.

sellers are REPLACED with NEW holders.

I know what PMT (I'm reading the bloody assays) has and what's going to happen to the SP in the next 6 months.
The market needs a MRE, I don't.
Hopefully, the sellers know what they're doing.
