A Sophisticated investor with options according to the release on 9 June.. The board should be aware by now that investors usually want to see a return on their investment, not a further dilution. Is this a legitimate investor, or another issue to a existing related party?

What happened to the options?

"The capital raise to sophisticated investors is the issue of 1 ordinary fully paid share at a price of AUD$0.028 plus 1
unlisted option for every ordinary paid share. The unlisted option will expire in 24 months from the date of issue if not
converted and is exercisable at 3 cents per option converted.
