They already have over 140million shares or more each dont they.....this CR was done for the BEOT and then to give themselves a Bonus for say what for stiffing retail yep well done BL you certainly are driving the bus only thing wrong is its down a oneway street, hopefully those who voted for all the freebie's for them start to realise they effed up.
