The spectrum was a use it or lose it and so they have lost it as we are way beyond the in service date.
Hopefully no need for a cap raise as we have a large contract asset sitting on the books. If they do one it would not be a good look particularly as management have expressed some confidence they can meet the repayment schedule based on cash collection from customers on existing stock.
