With PFS on the way I'm sure current team know they are coming to end of their management cycle and will be looking to hand over to a mining team. While I'll admit management haven't done the best job they have got it past the farm gate and at least they didn't screw anyone in the process (which no one will say about Mr Thomson going on what we have learned recently).
