Again.. You don't raise 10billion when you only owe 5 billion..
And usually it's too cover short term debt.
If it was to raise 1billion then it would be more believable.
If it were trying to raise money then they would be better of selling shopping centres at bargain base prices then to sell shares at 10 15 or even 20c.
CERs NTA would now be 35c + 21 (equity in superLLC)
Not to mention an extra 80million dollars that would of been earnt from this half.
