a one off grant of free shares to the CEO based on a retrospective arbitrarily set of goals and not subject to any future performance conditions
they actually admit in the explanatory memorandum that this practice is contrary to proper corporate governance principles
the proxy advisors will recommend a NO VOTE
I recommend all retail vote NO on this resolution. Our one year total shareholder return does not support this sort of free kick
