Interpreting this in a good way, maybe it means that AAU is trying to reward existing shareholders by keeping them informed, without announcing it to the broader market. Shareholders in the know could potentialy buy up earlier and benefit more from the share price rise when a postive arbitration result is announced.
What would be the less good way to interpret it?
