    I don't agree with CEOs' remuneration being tied to an index. This is where the
    ratio to workers' pay went stupid. And if it's okay, then just tie workers pay to the
    index as well. It went to ridiculous ratios and directors on multiple boards would
    go around voting up their mates remuneration.
