Sorry I touched a nerve with the Penny Stock comment. It was only meant to enphasize the share price being under $5. One of the definitions of a pennny stock is any stock under $5. I think many mutual funds have that in their bylaws or did.
I understand why PLS has so many shares, it was to raise funds to start company. Now we are successful all those shares are not what we need.
