it is largely in line with Market Cap, even though it isn't clear cut. Same with Banks fines recently.
Stars market cap is far below crowns is/was. So you'd think as an educated guess TSEGs fine will be somewhere in the vicinity of 30% of what's crowns was.
it would be against the grain if TSEG got an out of propitiate fine to market cap, but this TSEG seems to get wacked harder than the rest so who knows!
