    This news has been a long time coming and there are a few traders lined up at the obvious resistance points of 12.5c and 13c.
    If 13c gets taken out, the scramble to buy the newly confirmed rally should pick up momentum. A close at 13.5c should do it. Hopefully over the next couple of days as news gets out.
