The Company now expects to relist on ASX in the last week of July once 2009 financial accounts are finalised lodged and 2010 AGM held.

CHESS recently notified Albidon that its registration has been revoked following 12 months in suspension. All shareholdings on the CHESS sub-register have been converted to the Issuer sub-register managed by Computershare Australia. This means that your shares will not appear on your online trading platform. The Company will apply to be reinstated to CHESS 2 weeks before it re-lists allowing time for your holding to re-appear on the trading platform.

Computershare have sent holding statements out but if you hold via a nominee they may not have forwarded to you..

I do not see why they could not let the shareholders know via official channels, & have emailed the CEO to tell him so. They really need to work on their IR/PR.
