My guess was that Rubrics Capital exercising their convertible notes to shares but looking at the announcement in December 2022, these notes cannot be exercised prior to 30/6/23. The only other holders with that many shares are Mithra (not sure if still under escrow) and perhaps B Mathieson the ex director. It could just be account shuffling for tax purposes.
In any case, this is worthy of a notification to the ASX, I would have thought.
