I actually wasn't happy with this, as looking closer at your picture
@Kaeho it clearly isn't the same shape of the tenement package for Cosmos. So I had a play with Gestim and came up with a different shape for Midland's package. It is different to my above but it's also different from the shape in the Midland picture.
I think this is because some of those tenements in the Midland picture are expired on Gestim. Some of them are still there as expired in Midland's name, but some have been taken by other companies (per the above picture).
Red = expired Midland tenement squares, some of which are now owned by others, eg per my above picture. Green = active Midland tenements, which Cosmos bought into. Clear as mud? But it does explain the discrepancy.
