”surely” is a big word to use in that comment.
“possibly” or even “with a huge stretch of the imagination” seem more fitting.
So much talk of takeovers and so little pointing towards one.
DW was asked the question and basically replied that it’s never out of the question. He didn’t reply that he’s surely in the mood
