With all due respect, just what is a “neutral” rating and how does it differ from a plain old “hold”? Unfortunately many investors follow the forecasting of these analysts who have less knowledge of Lynas than many who read and post to this board…
Anyway, history has shown a UBS downgrade to be a pretty bullish indicator…
