Just my guess. If this happens tonight, there should be a good move UP in mining shares tomorrow. Of course we are still slaves to the US market -- so anything is possible.
The Super Krudd Tax is totally untenable and Gillard would have to drop it or heavily revise it -- otherwise what is the raison d'etra for the change.
