Okay, so how about they get rewarded by 1. coming up with a strategy to
destabalize the large manipulating shorters, rather than supporting them,
and 2. plan more for strategic timing of capital raises, which supports retail investors.
Then they could be amply rewarded by moving the SP up by say, ten cents.

Rewarded here without further diluting retail investors by giving themselves
more free shares !
