I know these stocks have zilch in common, but I always remember Nick Molnar of Afterpay who was flogging his stock in the $30s, $40s, $50s etc right the way up into the $100s before the company got taken out. Insider sales aren't great, but on the odd occasion it isn't ALWAYS a sign of the top.
BTW does anyone think management should own more stock than they do? Aside from Scott/Pilcher (via his 1.5m loan funded shares), there's not much other inside ownership of note?
