Below is going to come across as massively harsh but:
The only OTA we have at the moment is to sell 50% of our spod to PLL for less than AISC.
With all the alleged demand for SPOD, the BOD should have been able to wrap up and announce a deal for the other 50% by now.
I see other Li miners signing deals almost 2 years out but not SYA.
I see some saying that a deal is in place, but it is price sensitive, for sure it is price sensitive, but it needs to be published before they get any more bonus shares.
So for me i am hoping they can announce the OTA before the EGM, because i prefer to be generous and we can all be winners.
