I note a Morningstar news report released today where one of the Morningstar equity analysts was quoted as expressing a belief that the building sold was not their best A grade building and in fact is an older building which suffers from "high vacancy [and].. short leases".
I have no knowledge as to whether this is accurate or not, but it does make it hard for us as investors to really understand the impact of such a sale.
