It seemed to me:
Instos wanted shares in the placement at $0.08
They got less than they wanted.
They bought more on market. $0.11-0.16 (Impatience? Rush?)
Placement shares became tradable. SP fell. $0.11-0.13 (Quick profit for some people, but not high volume)
RBA did a surprise raise or two.
SPP announced as not oversubscribed. People who applied for more than they needed reduced. SP fell to $0.085.
SPP shares became tradable. Same as above, SP fell to $0.08.
