I think RFX have pushed too hard with this raising. A 1 for 2 raising effectively means the size of the company is increasing by 50%. It is asking a lot of existing holders, who have to come up with significant funds if they wish to fully participate.
If good news is on they way if would have been far more sensible to do a smaller raising now or even wait until the good news flows.
I think this raising will be under subscribed unless the good news they keep talking about is released well prior to the closing date. I will not be taking up my entitlement on promises! I want sales contracts!!
