OEC technology is certainly exciting - been so for almost 2 decades! It won awards after awards. But all these sexy technologies and awards did not benefit shareholders. The financials were disasterous year in year out and all poor shareholders heard were the promised turn-around. Ultimately the management has a proven history of inability to create shareholders wealth. Unless the fundamental issue of management is resolved, there is no basis for believing in the turn-around. When the company cannot increase shareholders wealth during a decade of Global prosperity and the longest bull market, what hope is there?
