FDA could still extend the PDUFA date. Normally it would be because we gave them substantial new information but they could just extend because they are overworked. It's a knock against their performance goals but it's not a violation of law for them to extend.
I really hope they don't. August call options just became available. Even though I normally don't buy short term calls, I made an exception this time hoping the PDUFA date holds. I give approval chances at least 90 percent.
