Back in ye olde days, when I wasn't a lazy slob, I would make up enough pizza dough mix for a couple of pizzas in the bread machine, leave it to prove for a while, then make the pizzas.
But that was when the kids were still here.
Now I go to the freezer and get out one of those "Best Margharetas in the world", let it thaw out and chop up the toppings and throw it in the oven.
The gradual decline of civilization.
