the final nail on the coffin. bloody terrific news. but is the buck just being passed on to Gillard? The simple fact is that whats done has already been done and the super tax cannot be negotiated upon. So whats the difference between Gillard and Rudd? I'd expect Gillard to have the balls to say no to all the miners as Rudd has done seeing as though the super tax is PERFECT. Its now a lose-lose game that labour are playing. This just goes to show how incompetent they are.... I hope Australia realise this :D I'm happy.
