Yes taking over 4 years to get a MINING LICENCE IN AFRICA but that's the risk you take in Africa., hope your one is not such a protracted and frustrating exercise with having a host country ex MPs on the board who were no help at all., Funding sourcing has only just started with the granting of the mining license recently.
