Putin has already stated he is willing to do this.
Early last year showed that negotiation was possible, until the UK US stopped it.....killed that chance....and this is very important to understand in detail actually - Ukrainians & Russias agreed to negotiate, they even drafted conditional agreements....and then the UK US stepped in and killed this opportunity for peace ....why?....why was this so important for UK and US to interfere in?.....

We now have crazed leadership in the west mainly UK US....determined to continue the war...at whose cost?

1) Putin will not fold...he won't go away....and Russia most definitely will not give back territory that contains predominantly ethnic Russians.

2) Russia will not tolerate a NATO member the size of Ukraine on its western border.

I would much rather, as would the bulk of the World’s population, live under the ‘crazed’ leadership of the West than any other global leadership.
