I believe it is well and truly past it. A refurb even if it was possible would be an enormous cost.
I think it has had five owners since Centaur Mining were in production.
Making good the the site (in the end) will cost somebody a fotune. I see where your random thought under normal circumstances could have some value but Cawse is way, way past it now, so I believe.
