A Creative Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative process behind a company’s products or services. They work with designers, and other multimedia to ensure that everything from branding to marketing materials is consistent and on-brand.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing teams of multimedia design group, to create successful products or services
· Estimating budgets for projects, managing expenses during the project, and negotiating contracts to ensure that the final product meets the client’s needs within the agreed-upon price range
· Reviewing new technologies or techniques that could impact the industry in which the firm operates
· Providing guidance to junior designers on how to improve their work
· Participating in continuing education and training related to Multimedia design
· Working with clients to develop concepts and ideas for products or services
· Providing clients with regular progress updates on projects to keep them informed of progress
· Reviewing and approving design concepts created by designers to ensure that they meet the client’s needs
· Promoting a company’s products or services through various media channels such as social media, websites, print ads, billboards, etc.
III. Qualifications
· Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Animation, Creative Multimedia or other related courses.
· At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
· Fluency in Creatives and Advertising, Video Graph, Logo and Branding.
