I hope you are wrong....
Surely the tailwinds and exhaustive processes to date alongside Talgas preparatory work have answered majority of the issues with permits granted with appropriate conditions/caveats to allow things to proceed.
It will fly in the face of the 6 month long process leading into the original court decision if they now go through another response to appeals.
