i am hoping for an OTA for our 50% before July 17th, also if the plan is to ratify the issue of 940m shares so we can do a 10:1 consolidation then i am all in with Yes for the lot.

the BOD has done a good job and like everything else in this world its the last 5% that is alway the toughest to get done/finished/right so thats why i am holding off on issue of more shares to BOD.

I also feel that the issue of shares to the BOD is not that large, relative to their holdings and incomes, so i doubt they will quit or slack off should they be denied. A bit of criticism can be motivational, which is why i am not trying to bag them out, just stating what i think should be the achievement that earns the bonus.
