The addressable market calculation was based only on chemo and immuno doses - doesn't include radiotherapy or surgery (or any other clinical costs like oncologists fees, hospital fees, medical imaging etc.)
The total addressable market for chemo and immuno doses will not decline, but how it is spent will change. Instead of treating with chemo, increasingly the money will be spent on immunotherapy. However, immunotherapy is unlikely to 100% replace chemo, will likley be used in conjunction with chemo (combo-therapy), and best to assume immunotherapy will unlikely be suitable for all solid tumors - but, who knows?
