I believe every W2V Director took part in a previous CR at some point, except for 1, who is now gone.

So my theory is the W2V board were taking part in these CR's to try & entice Alex to support the company. The Thorney investment profile suggests only companies where management has "skin in the game" are targeted.

W2V expects consolidations in the VAT sector. I think it's a hint that further takeovers, mergers or acquisitions are still on the cards.
