Dan, actually what's going on here is they're fluffing the numbers, if you recall a customer is deemed active if they have cash or holdings in their account. As I understand it selfwealth are emailing dormant customers i.e. 0 holdings and 0 cash to complete surveys and with the "reward" of Selfwealth putting cash into their 0 balance account technically making them active, this means that at the end of June when they run their report on active accounts it will seem as if they have grown and acquired new customers... but in reality they have most likely churned a heap of customers and seen no actual growth.That my hunch on whats going on here.
