All as I know is share price was 3.9 cents, someone bought a 74,000 shares for $2,960, then next trade 1,700 shares droping the price 3.9 again for a whopping $66.30! Some brokers charge more than that for brokerage.

Clear attempt to drop the market. I would say it is highly likely that the company is currently doing another capital raising and we'll probably hear about it at 3:59pm Friday.

Very dishonest practice to manipulate the price down for a cheaper issue price. They will be getting nothing but contempt from me if this is what they are up to and I will not vote for it as far as my small holding stands.
