I cleared the debt on one of my investment properties back in 2010 off the back of a spec miner. I nearly sold a couple of times but for some reason didn't.
Ended up 15 bags full.
These things are a total gamble as far as I'm concerned and I treat them as such.
Never gamble more that you can afford to lose.
