First - I am definitely on the side of the activist group. Everyone, please don't think otherwise. read my posts with a critical perspective.

I have not officially joined the group yet , however i may do if things do not progress and extra 'numbers' will help. Thus I am very comfortable with the actions of the group and it goes with out saying that the individuals doing all of the work should be reimbursed out of the cash on hand of the company. If there be a vote needed on that - my vote is absolutely yes.

Again my message is for dialogue between the parties and the present board need to officially recognize the activist group, positively.

I cant see the bod sitting down and talking nicely with the subholder group if egm called with resolution to sack them all.
